You can start using any VPS plan immediately without providing payment information. The trial lasts for 7 days, giving you full access to test our service. To continue after the trial, simply add a payment method before the free period ends.
Your server is automatically deployed within about 10 minutes after payment confirmation. During the 7-day free trial, all servers are set to 4GB memory regardless of the selected package. When you upgrade to a paid plan, your server will be reconfigured to match your chosen package specifications, which may require a brief reboot.
If your payment shows as completed but the service has not been updated, please contact us via the Support board or email support@srvix.io. We will verify and resolve it as quickly as possible.
At the moment we provide full root access on Ubuntu. Additional Linux distributions such as CentOS, Debian, and Fedora are planned, and more options will be supported soon without long delays.
Each plan includes monthly outbound traffic starting from 1TB, which is more than enough for learning, development, and most service workloads.
SSL certificate automation is currently in progress. If you send your certificate or request via our Support board or to support@srvix.io, we will apply it as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 days.
Default firewall presets and traffic monitoring are included, and you can also integrate external services like Cloudflare for additional protection.
All storage is SSD-based with RAID protection to reduce hardware risks. We also recommend setting up your own backups.
By default, our VPS instances use NAT networking, which means you don't receive a dedicated IPv4 address. Instead, we provide secure ingress routing for web and SSH access. This approach reduces exposure to abuse and keeps costs low.
Yes. For security and network stability, certain services are not allowed. This includes mail servers (SMTP), game servers, VoIP services, and media streaming platforms. These services can cause abuse reports or excessive resource usage. Our VPS is intended for web apps, APIs, learning environments, and general-purpose development workloads.
Support is handled through our community board. We're a small team and may not always reply instantly, but we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we continue to grow and improve.
